The Boy Scouts of America (BSA) has one of the best youth protection programs going today. The two basic rules
are: 1) Two adult leaders at all times and 2) No one-on-one experience between youth and adult is allowed.
All pack leadership applications require three references and National performs background checks.
There is no teasing, bullying, or put down allowed of anyone in or out of the group.
